ye they do ress up but the die right away anyways, the grenchies just kill them over and over and over again, I can wait there for years but it just aint work, At the end there are just like 20 grenches killing all over and over.

I run to the end, I don't lift a finger in the final fight.. takes 8 to 12 minutes..are seconds like months for you or something?

I have earnt about 7 stacks of cc shards doing this so far.

If it has anything to do with it... i did it with my warrior after capping the pet. 99.9 to the 1,000,000th power says that has nothing to do with it (and i entered as a w/r). I'll be selling the pet most likely.

100+ runs and still no bear. But hope isn't lost.

You see, I have a theory; reverse psychology. I usually have a chat with the wintersday chest right after it spawns. The conversations usually go along the lines of, "Hello chest. I know I say this every time, but can I have a bear?"

I can only assume the chest responds promptly with a "No."

But this time is different! This time I will act like I don't want the bear! It's genius! He'll have no other option than to just give me the bear.

I also have another plan. Animal sacrifices! I'll just sacrifice a miniature polar bear at the foot of the chest and hopefully this will please the Gods. I'll let you all know of my findings.

LOL!!!! My plan is a little different. I run it about 5-10 times a day. I would like to hold out hope that they added the minis in the final event like the Canthan New Year that one time. But everyone biatched about that too. So the developers most likely left this one alone.

The only other thing that peeved me about the event is why does the frozen ecto dude still only give the Bob Newhart pots out? Why didn't they add the new two? That would have made me a happy panda...

I was sucked in by the CCS... Trading them in for presents was so much win.

Over 200 runs still no polar bear, I use 2 accounts, by the end of the event I'll have done over 1000 (I aim to do 50 - 100 per day) If I don't get one, Idc I'll have made probably 1mil in consumables by then, I've already made 500k.

I'm at over 7 stacks of shards with all these runs.. I levelled my warrior from lvl 10 to lvl 20 with these runs.. and still.. no bear :\

Yay! I am holding on to hope! So far I did this run for 24 hours straight without sleeping when the Rift Wardens first got here. I'm an insomniac, so that's not totally crazy for me. I ignore guild wars telling me to please take a break!

So I tried for 24 hours straight, but I was a retard and didn't know I could change districts to get the quest back so for the first 24 hours I was doing that damn Straight to the Heart quest every other time!

Since then I have started keeping track of runs by the number of Snowman Summoners I have in my inventory. So far 24 hours +67 runs = No MBP love for me.

I know that there is a Polar Bear in the chest every time, she just doesn't come out because I can't get the mating ritual right since I'm a girl and all. If only there was a way to take that guy that is doing the whole show your claws and grunt and stuff. I am sure I would get it then.

Try wearing your Lupine Mask and using the /scare emote, at least if you have a Male Warrior. Fur, Fangs, "Claws".

Seeing this thread i Devoted this last 3 days. And 4 of my cousins. on my Five accounts to a test. Between the five accounts I account for 7243 Runs.

I now currently on one accounts have 14 mpb.

Do the math

7243/14= one mpb ever 517 runs or so. This doesnt take into consideration of the accounts...

Of the five accounts just named as Accounts 1-5

Account 1 3 mpb
Account 2 2 mpb
Account 3 1 mpb
Account 4 <b>5 mpb</b>
Account 5 3 mpb

All in all, all i have concluded is. Its alot of work to get one. But keep trying. you will get one.
